Apnia mix melodic metal with deep, emotionally charged lyrics that try to explore all aspects of self. The band have been together for 4 years and have played all over the South Coast of England with bands such as Wednesday 13, Leaves Eyes and Seasons End.
With the release of their new e.p "First stone cast" the band are looking to spread their music and explosive live shows to as many people as possible.
