When putting the 8 Lives Down CD in the first thing that I head was Stiltskin. You remember those guys that wrote the Levis advert music. And that’s certainly not a bad thing. Track 2 unfortunately is skipping like a schoolgirl and sounds like a FatBoy remix. Guys, you should go for this vibe also. Sounds pretty cool “in the mix!”
I think overall a mellow Quicksand/ Green Day may be a serious compliment but will give you an idea of what to expect. Of you’re in Birmingham, Nottingham or London keep an eye out for 8 Lives Down. I think worth checking them out live.
